We are here to accomplish some goals we think are worthwhile!
- To help people understand and appreciate the world of fine kosher wine
- To show that wine appreciation is good for the soul!
- To restore the wine culture of our ancestors!
- To participate, through wine appreciation, in the redemption and liberation of the Land of Israel!
“Rabbi Abba said: there is no more obvious sign of the end (of our exile) than this: ‘And you, mountains of Israel, give over your branches and lift up your fruit to my Nation Israel!’” (Talmud Bavli, Sanhedrin 98a, quoting the Prophet Yechezkel Ch.36)
Rashi adds: When the land of Israel will give its fruits abundantly, then the end time will be near. There is no more revealed sign of the end (of our exile) than this.

If you live all alone in Tombstone, Arizona, you will need these links to get your wine. If you live anywhere else, do your local wine store a favor, and drop in. Like I said, your local wine store guy is there for you.

Wine Info Sites (1)
These are sites that you can go for more information, or to read other people’s opinions about the wines they tried. One of the best wine “raters” around is called Daniel Rogov, who is also a friend of ours. (He’s doing the introduction to our book) He is special because he’s very objective. He does wine tastings with out seeing the bottles, so he rates the wines without knowing what they are. Then he re-tastes the same wines, again, without seeing the bottles, to see if he rates them the same way the second time. If he finds that he gave a wine two different scores, he throws away all his notes from that tasting, takes a day off to straighten out his taste-buds, and does it all over again. Don’t get me wrong, you don’t have to agree with what he says. Taste is personal. Whatever he’s tasting…you might like it or not, but it’s really there.
We will update the links that are on this page from time to time, along with your Kosher Wine Club toolbar.
